I have used Ted and Jarred's construction services for my own home and I often recommend them to my real estate clients. They are terrific! While their prices for services are not what I consider low, you get what you pay for in workmanship and experience. They came in to rescue a client who made a bad decision on their first contractor, and it turned out wonderfully. The home sparkled and sold quickly for full price! I highly recommend them!

As a consequence of a major water damage event in our kitchen, we had to demolish everything in the kitchen and start from scratch after the remediation. Every general contractor with whom we spoke told us the completion time line would be 6-7 months. Ted Bayouth and his son, Jarrod, projected that they could complete it in 3-4 months at a really great price. They were true to their word, and delivered a fantastic and beautiful result in under three months at a great price. They are professional, meticulous, have terrific tradespeople, and do an amazing job of managing the project and process. The icing on the cake is that they're really nice people whom we trust implicitly and will work with them again when we remodel our master bathroom.

Bayouth Construction just finished a beautiful remodel of my kitchen after it was damaged by a slab/plumbing leak. I called Ted after finding his business on Yelp, and he was very prompt in coming over to provide a bid. He & Jerrod were very thorough in their assessment & were also very helpful working with me & my insurance company to get my claim settled fairly.

The amount of high-quality work that was done in just over a month is staggering. They put in new cabinets & a pantry, removed the existing soffit to raise the ceiling height, installed LED recessed lighting, lowered & extended my bar/counter area, installed quartz counters, repaired drywall, painted, etc. The list goes on & on.

We hired Bayouth Construction to do a full kitchen remodel and all new floors throughout our home. All work was complete in 3 weeks! We were so happy with the quality, timeliness and professionalism of Boyouth Construction. I can't say enough about Jarrod, who oversaw our project!
